Mossyrock Blueberry Festival

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Each year the Mossyrock Blueberry Festival includes a wide selection entertainment on its stages. The entertainment extends from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.

The Blueberry Festival was named the readers choice for the
Top "Entertainment"       and       Top "Take the Family"
event for Southwest Washington in the 2016 edition of the
Traveler's Companion: Definitive Guide to SW Washington

All concerts were outdoors on the on either the new Klickitat Prairie Park Amphitheater stage or MAAL's portable stage so bring your own chair. They were free with festival admission.

Voted Lewis County's Best Musician/Band eight consecutive times by the Lewis County People's Choice Awards in the Chronicle, Chris Guenther has defined himself as a consistent Country and Americana entertainer and recording artist. He has shared the stage with nationally renowner acts including Merle Haggard and the Strangers, Mark Chesnutt, Darryl Worley, Lacy J. Dalton and The New Christy Minstrels building a strong legion of followers. His music has been well receive in regional markets and has gained attention among European radio audiences, charting numerous times in 2005-2006 on the European CMA. Chris' music relies heavily on his musical prowess, fiddle and lead guitar. Backed by his band of veteran and award winning musicians, the Honky Tonk Drifters, Chris Guenther and his band offer an engaging and entertaining musical experience.

This band is known for their eclectric sound and style. They are a six piece group with female and male leads and backup. They play oldies, classic Rock, modern Rock, pop rock, southern rock, and alternative rock dance hits from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and today. They strive on entertaining an entire crowd of all ages. They love to have fun while they play and it shows in their performances.

Missy's singing is reminiscent of great traditional country music artists like Emmylou Harris, Alison Krauss, and Dolly Parton. She's got that high-lonesome tone in her voice that makes it oh so easy on the ears for all of her fans. Missy writes songs that everyone can relate to -- songs about life and love and the American dream -- and she delivers them with passion -- her grace, talent, and love of music shines through every performance.

Based in Lewis County, Washington, Backfire Band has been performing professionally since 2000. BACKFIRE plays a wide variety of high energy country music, classic rock, southern rock and even a few blues tunes. They focus on songs that are most popular in addition to a mixture of driving originals.

Performing a mixture of Bluegrass, Folk, Country, Rock'n Roll, Old-Time and other forms of Americana, The Riders Band is all about playing the kind of music that isn't played on the radio much these days. Funky, fun and festive describes the energy and attitude they bring to every event they perform. Whether a small backyard party for friends and family or up in front of the largest fair/festival crowd, they share their joy in playing some of America's best songs.

Los Flacos

With deep roots in traditions spanning Latin America, Los Flacos seamlessly employs countless instruments including harp, violin, a spectrum of Andean flutes, many forms of percussion and regional stringed instruments to create an ever-changing sound. In performances, Los Flacos present their favorite Latin American regional folk styles from southern Mexico and the Caribbean to South America with careful attention to the intricacies of each style.

Still, Los Flacos are not strict traditionalists. While remaining faithful to their roots, they always pour their own voices and expression into the music and incorporate original songs into their performances.
