NOTE: Food Vendors must have a current permit from the Lewis County Health Department prior to the event and it must be posted and visible at your vendor site. Lewis County Health Department Contact info 360-740-1222 for additional information.

Sign Ups and Booth placement are based on a ^1st Come Basis Payment is Due at the time of Submitting your Application

MAKE YOUR CHECKS PAYABLE TO Mossyrock Area Action League. If paying by cash drop your Application and your Cash off at Valley of Creations, 206 E. Main Street, Mossyrock, WA
Vendor Check-In starts on Thursday Evening 5:00 – 8:00 pm and Friday Morning 8:00 am. All Vendors MUST be set-up by 12 Noon on Friday and remain setup until Sunday morning. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Anyone leaving prior to Sunday Morning without prior consent may not be allowed to return the following year. Vendors will be issued two Vendor passes for the festival at the time of Check-in.
NOTE: Dry Camping may be allowed behind your Booth Space if it does not interfere with Pedestrian traffic and other vendors. Your camping rig must fit in your booth Size.
We are a Pet Friendly park; All pets must always be on a leash while in the park and at your booth. You MUST clean up after your pets.
Vendor Fees are Non-Refundable after May 15th, 2020. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations as specified in this contract.
